Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ selection of civil society organization (CSO) members at village level and CSO formation;
∎ Coordinate individual preparation of Family Development Plans (FDPs) and Business Development Plans (BDPs) by CSO members;
∎ Support acquisition of productive assets;
∎ Organize and conduct training on income generating activities, health and hygiene;
∎ Provide technical support to increase income and production;
∎ Conduct weekly CSOs meetings at the village level;
∎ Regular home visits to the CSO members, collect weekly savings and documentation;
∎ Ensure CSO based all documentation includes meeting resolution, update passbook, stock register etc);
∎ Organize and facilitate dialogue between CSO members and local authorities;
∎ Support animal health workers to protect productive assets;
∎ Raise awareness on climate change and its impacts among CSO members;
∎ Provide technical support to disaster volunteers;
∎ Ensure pandemic-related protective measures are in place and use.
∎ Prepare periodic report in accordance to the need of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in implementation of similar nature project in any national or international organization.
∎ Experience in implementing climate-resilient and diversifying income generation activities.
∎ Skills on target people selection and group formation from marginalized and climate vulnerable communities.
∎ Experience on productive assets transfer, community mobilization and facilitate PRA.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license for frequent field visit.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be added advantage.
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17450 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
