Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in social science discipline, Development studies from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality implementation of programme activities at community and
∎ Formation, coordination and supervision of programme communities (CSO at community and union level)
∎ Monitoring of the activities of HRD and CSO
∎ Participate in the CSO and HRD meeting
∎ Monitoring of dialogue meeting between civil society and authorities and human rights student's forum activities.
∎ Participate in different human rights activities lovally organised
∎ Communication with local authorities and support and follow-up of RTI request
∎ Facilitate different public events and reporting of his/her level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women's rights, Domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from ultra poor communities
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilisation of available resources
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit riding. Willing to live remote areas
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data collection, MIS process
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel etc
∎ Able to prepare reports.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17450 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
