Responsibilities & Context:
To coordinate the credit recovery & closely monitor the overdue status of all credit files.
To prepare a list of critical files in times of poor collection of higher overdue.
Taking initiative to facilitate regular collection from customers to keep the cash flow smooth.
Visiting the critical files throughout the country as and when required, as per the line manager’s instructions.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
