Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma engineer (Civil) with minimum two years’ experience in repair and maintenance of building construction services delivery (preferably in NGOs/development agencies/ government), may be relaxed for persons with higher educational qualification
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly report to and assist the Project Manager in developing assessment report of infrastructures.
∎ Assessment water supply system and environmental sanitation services.
∎ Assessment electric supply connection
∎ Develop assessment related formats, contract documents tendering papers.
∎ Ensure the overall quality of construction and take corrective measure of infrastructure.
∎ Assist to Facility Management Committee on tendering.
∎ Prepare the drawing, design and estimate according to the infrastructures context.
∎ Prepare an assessment report, work progress report, work completion report and need base report assigned by project manager and through the concerned personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in operating word processing (MSWord, MS Excel),
∎ Fluent in both writing and speaking in Bangla and English,
∎ Ability to write independent report,
∎ Experience in working with the local government preferred,
∎ Should have a valid driving licence and willingness to ride motorcycle,
∎ Frequent field visit required in Project area.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per organizational policy.
