Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage day-to-day affairs (logistics, transport, communication, Security Management) of the TAISF Field Office in the respective camp.
∎ As a field-level admin to supervise all the activities & movement of TAISF Field Office staff including their daily assignment, leave, and periodic performance.
∎ To coordinate and liaise with UNHCR Field Office in the respective camp, the Camp In-Charge, and other field-level implementing partners.
∎ To monitor & ensuring successful execution of individual quality program implementation against targets of the annual work plan.
∎ To ensure logistic flow for all field-based program activities with special attention to the Vocational and Other Skill (if applicable) training.
∎ Organize community activities e.g. all kinds of Day Observations, Event Management (WRD, 16 days' Activism, World Mental Health Day and different types of Sports & Recreational Activities & so on).
∎ To monitor, coordinate & cooperate with various Training/Sessions in camp level or sector-wise, which are organized by UNHCR, CIC's, & other actors/ agencies.
∎ To attend all kind of Coordination meeting regularly.
∎ Assist to prepare a work plan for the individual field staff, monitor their performance against respective work plans, hold review meetings with regular intervals, and get their feedback.
∎ To prepare monthly narrative reports and submits to Area Manager & Senior Field Coordinator at the end of every month for submission to UNHCR. Field coordinator are also responsible for the timely completion of work orders and field progress reports.
∎ Field Coordinator will be interacting with beneficiaries and receive feedback regarding the quality of work.
∎ To accomplish any other tasks as and when assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have minimum of 05 years of experience of working in the management of field-level development program activities including staff supervision
∎ Previous experience in refugee program implementation will be treated as an additional qualification.
∎ The candidate must be able to communicate in English and Bangla languages
∎ Capacity to communicate and understand local Chittagonian dialect will be added qualification
