Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation in any relevant subjects from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with other volunteer groups; Community Outreach Member (COMs), protection case workers and ensure referrals.
∎ Maintain record of daily activities, Conduct FGDs to increase female engagement and CC activities.
∎ Establish and maintain collaboration relationship with CiC and agencies working in the camps.
∎ Responsible for compiling timely, Daily/Weekly and Monthly Community Center activities reports and data compilation.
∎ Ensure non-disclosure of any information whatsoever about practices and TAI activities to any other person or organization without permission, except in the normal performance of the service.
∎ A weekly schedule of activities will be decided through community consultations and will visibly posted within and outside the Community Center. The schedule of activities should ensure the inclusion of age, gender, and diversity from within the refugee population.
∎ Community Centers may be kept open to facilitate refugee audiences for radio and television programs on special events (such as World Cup football games and cricket games, Eid festival broadcast programs, etc.) under special arrangements.
∎ A daily agenda of available and occupied spaces will be maintained by the partner; along with a daily logbook for recording the number of refugees (male and female) who participated in each activity.
∎ Arrange Indoor recreation and games for children and youth;
∎ Arrange a group Conversation circles for elderly persons;
∎ Arrange Problem sharing and solving group for women;
∎ Make a group for Radio programs for all ages;
∎ Maintain Library activities for lending and reading books, magazines, and newspapers;
∎ Arts and crafts supplies for making handicrafts;
∎ Locker for lending various sporting equipment;
∎ Make a schedule exclusively for women and girls;
∎ Arrange different Public cultural functions;
∎ Plan, manage and oversee all in-center and outreach activities related to the program and ensure optimal center services
∎ Regularly analyses the community center attendance and suggest innovative approaches to ensure a regular high daily presence of center usesrs
∎ Link with coordinator to ensure their activities are fully integrated into the center planning
∎ Provide all necessary support and oversight to all staff, volunteers and committee members leading to capacity building.
∎ Monitoring & Reporting:
∎ The Community Center Assistant will be responsible for keeping records of Community Center activities in appropriate formats to be provided by the TAI-SF Sub-Office Coordinator for Community Based Program Activities.
∎ Sharing updated report of Community Center Weekly and Monthly.
∎ Prepare 4W report in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare all other activity report relevant to the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s) in relevant experience in emergency response/humanitarian field
∎ Minimum 2years work experience in emergency response/humanitarian field with NGOs and UN agencies
∎ Experience in similar role in Rohingya camp context will be given preference
∎ Strong communication and analytical report writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in office management, excel, PowerPoint, Internet Tools
∎ Negotiation skills, motivational skills, team building skills are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain deadlines
