Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program implementation
∎ Ensuring quality implementation of community-based protection (CBP) activities in line with agreed log frames/indicators and work plans.
∎ To support the development of community-owned/mobilized activities to strengthen the protection space in the TAI managed camps.
∎ Supporting the Community Groups’ Coordinator in the monitoring and evaluation of the program from an Age Gender Diversity Mainstreaming (AGDM) perspective.
∎ With the support of the Community Groups’ Coordinator ensure technical guidance and tools for Community Groups are in place and that activities meet technical standards.
∎ To ensure that allocated activities and expenses are regularly monitored and as needed, action plans with follow-up are developed promptly.
∎ Requesting and following-up to ensure the required resources are allocated to CBP activities from relevant departments, such as Logistics, Finance-Administration.
∎ Producing timely quality internal reports and contribute to regular organizational reporting.
∎ Coordinating with local and international agencies in the sector to ensure harmonized program implementation.
∎ Special days and events celebration, guiding Community Mobilization Assistant in the implementation of the related activities and provide technical support along with follow-up and monitor.
∎ Representing TAI in Protection working groups and CiC Coordination Meeting as required.
∎ Program operational and strategic development
∎ Contribute to protection strategy development and review processes with the Community Groups’ Coordinator
∎ Apply sound community-based methodologies in improving community engagement and mobilization for community-based protection activities
∎ Responsibility to supervise, coordinate and ensure proper implementation of the camp level specific activities under the Community Based Protection (CBP) program,
∎ Ensure all monitoring activities are fully documented, including systematic and timely data collection as required under the grant and for TAI Reporting purposes.
∎ Reporting
∎ Monitoring and keep the organization and Community Groups Coordinator updated on the protection incidents, and/or any instances or situations that may impact the safety and security of the Community Groups’ Volunteers, staff, and objectives of the program.
∎ Preparing and submitting the following reports to the Community Groups’ Coordinator:
∎ - Weekly statistical and narrative report on the CG activities
∎ - Community groups’ profile and database (personal information/training record)
∎ - Monthly RBM Report, Visual Report, MACC Report
∎ - Monthly Action Plan
∎ - Record of the Camp Coordination Meeting including camp situations, protection challenges, new services/new actors, issues of relevance to the program.
∎ Others
∎ Any other relevant duties as requested by the Coordinator- Community Groups.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s) in relevant experience in emergency response/humanitarian field
∎ Minimum 2years work experience in emergency response/humanitarian field with NGOs and UN agencies
∎ Experience in similar role in Rohingya camp context will be given preference
∎ Strong communication and analytical report writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in office management, excel, PowerPoint, Internet Tools
∎ Negotiation skills, motivational skills, team building skills are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain deadlines
