Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, International Relations, Political Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
national /international NGOs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate field-level programs and national activities of the organization
∎ Organize and conduct open-sky schools with underprivileged children
∎ Communications with relevant organizations and actors
∎ Writing field reports and communicate with the head office regularly
∎ Rescue at-risk children from anywhere and anytime on the basis of the need
∎ Supervision of other field-level interventions of the organization
∎ Prepared for national travels
Additional Requirements:
∎ Honest & accountable
∎ Strong understanding on social projects and research techniques
∎ Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in national/international NGOs with field level experience
∎ Excellent written & spoken in both English and Bengali; and good communication skills
∎ Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
∎ Computer literacy, comfortable with basic MS office
∎ Capacity to work effectively in multi-cultural environment
∎ Understanding of programs related to underprivileged children
∎ Proactive information gathering skills
∎ Field (80%) and desk (20%) job responsibilities
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
