Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Field Compliance Assessment (FCA) as per approved plan and Checklist
∎ Conduct KYC QC Sampling of Personal and Non-Personal Accounts
∎ Project Risk Mitigation Proposals from Regions
∎ Conduct Regional Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
∎ Propose Immediate Risk Mitigation Proposal based on FCA
∎ Follow-up of compliance initiatives that is being implemented in field level and share observation
∎ Assessment of KYC quality check across the value chain and report to supervisor
∎ Monitor non-compliance issues during FCA and escalate observation as prescribed
∎ Keep track of the history of conducted assessment results, observations and recommendations
∎ Report on competitors’ compliance initiatives and non-compliance activities.
∎ AML&CFT awareness toward entity through training.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ To conduct Field Compliance Assessment primarily related to AML&CFT issues with a view to assessing and reporting the compliance efficiency on ground; and also to assist in other activities of the External and Corporate Affairs Division (ECAD) Division, as part of Self-Assessment Program.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
