  • Record of driving successful on-ground campaigns or farmer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of rural/agricultural marketing dynamics like seed/agrochemical.
  • Able to communicate to employees at all levels in the organization


Responsibilities & Context:

Campaign Planning & Execution 

  • Design and implement integrated field campaigns, activation and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop seasonal and crop-specific promotional activation activities plan, programs aligned with brand and business priorities.
  • Coordinate field events, demonstration plots, roadshows, crop shows, growers meeting, KOL and farmer meetings, engagement activities.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all activation activities within the budget.

Demand Generation & Brand Visibility

  • Drive structured brand communication at field level to enhance product visibility and preference.
  • Partnering with sales to generate strong product pull and track impact on sales performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for engagement with farmers, dealers, traders/collectors and influencers to expand brand reach.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product management, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and promotional partners.
  • Train and guide field teams on campaign execution standards and brand communication.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance through KPIs (reach, engagement, sales uplift, ROI).
  • Analyze outcomes and recommend improvements for future activations.
  • Prepare reports and insights for management on campaign effectiveness and farmer response.
