Additional Requirements:
  • Prefers Seed/Agro chemical sales experience
  • Ability to manage sales, collection, liquidation and promotion.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
  • Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation Skill.
  • Managing ability with problem solution & analytical skills.
  • Sound Computer knowledge in email, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Work closely with distributors, retailers, farmers, MDO’s, SCM and internal teams to meet the sales target.
  • Must forecast month on month market demand, sales target, collection and liquidation plan of his assigned territory, it should be target-oriented & motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Presenting company products and services to prospective customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with seed dealers, distributors, farmers and end users to create new customers and increase sales volume. Visit potential customers regularly and maintain a customer database.
  • Actively sell and promote the company’s products to existing and potential customers, including farmers, retailers, distributors, and agricultural organizations.
  • Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to increase product awareness and generate demand.
  • Proactively lead the campaign and implement the marketing mix.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Weekly basis visit potential DAE office and work as a collaborative approach
