Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC. Diploma in Agriculture/Livestock will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to Field Facilitators in selecting target group households and individual creation of Family Development Plans (FDPs) and Business Development Plans (BDPs) by CSO members;
∎ Support Field Facilitators and target group members to purchase productive assets;
∎ Support selected target households related to income-generating activities;
∎ Support to training, home visits, and collection of weekly savings deposits
∎ Support to any other task assign by supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on project areas.
∎ Knowledge on local government.
∎ Skills on community mobilisation will get advantage.
∎ Sincere and hard working.
∎ Female and indigenous people will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13250 (Monthly)
∎ 2 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity as per organizational policy.
