Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in air ticketing and tour package sales, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell air tickets, tour packages, and other travel-related services.

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries efficiently.

• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and ensure all documentation is accurate.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Stay informed about airline fares, offers, and travel industry trends.

• Maintain proper sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
