∎ Hon's or Masters on Fashion Design and Technology
∎ Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Freelancing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Fashion Designing, Lectra Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for designing developing product range for Texkom.
∎ You will have utilized the company's different manufacturing strengths and capacities in co- ordination with available fabric from the market to develop products that match the brand identity of Texkom.
∎ Must have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media.
∎ You must ensure that the brand is consistently offering trendy and quality products to its customer and be up to date with international fashion trends.
∎ create or visualise an idea and produce design by using computer-aided design (CAD).
∎ Collaborate with design team, buyers and forecasters to develop products to meet brief.
∎ Study and analyze design from technical perspective involving producing patterns and specifications for designs.
∎ Manage marketing, finances and other business activities working on a self-employed basis.
∎ Interact with sales and management executives and clients to discuss design ideas.
∎ create mood boards to show to clients.
∎ plan and develop ranges, often based on a theme.
∎ visit trade shows and manufacturers to source, select and buy fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
∎ develop a pattern that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervise the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptations
∎ oversee production.
∎ Showcase your designs at fashion and other trade shows.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ 3 to 4 years experience in same position
∎ Special Requirements => 3D Tools (Clo 3D, Marvelous Designer, Lectra Modarise, Boke CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Creating Virtual Product.
∎ Work Experience with Europe Buyer and able to understand their requirements.
∎ Experience about SPORTWEAR Product's Designs and able to understand workmanships.
∎ Must be good practice in English Speaking.
Salary: Negotiable
