∎ Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in a boutique or highend fashion environment.
∎ Strong sketching, illustration, and technical design skills.
∎ Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
∎ Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and textile properties.
∎ Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

∎ Create original sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
∎ Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to bring designs to life.
∎ Oversee the selection of fabrics, trims, and embellishments to maintain the highest standards of quality.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet customer demands and market trends.
∎ Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and finish.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of sustainable and ethical fashion practices.
∎ We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the production of our boutique collections, ensuring that each piece aligns with our brand identity.
