• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
• 02 to 04 years of on hand designing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO etc.)
• Must have experience with mood boards, drawing/sketching, tech pack production, digital
• product creation and visual presentation development
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of style and color.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Must Knowledge about men’s wear product development process
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Reputed Brand Shop

As a key player in our Research & Development department, you will play an important role involves contributing to design processes, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with the all men’s product design(Specially T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, Shirt, Denim Pant, Twill Trouser, Punjabi, Jacket) and development team to contribute to the design process.
• Assist in the creation of design sketches, prototypes, and 3D models.
• Support the development of product prototypes and conduct testing and validation as needed.
• Ensure that products meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing, to bring new products to market.
• Provide design insights and feedback during the development process.
• Develop an understanding of technical requirements and constraints relevant to product design and development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges.
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to gather insights into customer needs, trends, and competitive products.
• Contribute to incorporating market insights into product design strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of design sketches, prototypes, and project documentation.
• Assist in documenting design changes and revisions.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Present design proposals and findings as necessary
