Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science ( BSc) in Agriculture / Master of Science ( MSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze existing operation, crops, staff and financial documents for improvement.
∎ Prepare plans, schedule for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understanding and expectation.
∎ Visiting different division for inspection of crops
∎ Ensuring seeds, fertilizer, stock and pesticides
∎ Ensuring all staff adhere to health safety
∎ To prepare budget of all the financial report
∎ Handling Marketing & Sales of products produced in the farm
∎ Scheduling repairing maintenance, replacement of equipment and machineries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational Agro-based Enterprise
∎ Experience in Business Management & Administration and Farm related field
∎ Having sound knowledge in preparing schedule, repairing & maintenance, replacement of machineries and equipments.
