Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Slaughter and breakdown whole cows, goats, chickens, and other livestock in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
∎ Skilfully handle various cutting tools and equipment to ensure precise cuts and efficient processing.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the farm team to coordinate animal processing schedules.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing meat processing.
