∎ Promote products, services, and special offers to customers during interactions
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and nurture customer relationships
∎ Assist in managing social media platforms and engaging with followers
∎ Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer experience

∎ Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
