∎ Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of brick industry specific factory equipment and production line
∎ Familiar with MS office, Inventory Management Systems and Team leading.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working in establishment of an automated brick factory from ground zero through understanding the requirements and objectives.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory set up & operations.
∎ Running with the Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Quality Control, and raw materials management departments.
∎ Dealing with any kind of entities or authorities while required including government and local bodies for avoiding any sort of dispute and ensure safe factory operation.
∎ Ensuring the continuous improvement on process and progress the overall performance of factory.
∎ Performing a daily walk through of all areas of the operations facility, while having visibility on all shifts.
∎ Ensuring that factory machineries are in good working order.
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers as well as perform, train, motivate and coach every role.
∎ Keeping an eye on the operational key performance indicators for cost, quality, service, and develop and maintain factory safety procedures.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Being responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Managing and leading the entire team of staffs and share a trusting relationship with workgroup.
∎ Being up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by the Management.

∎ A new eco-friendly auto brick factory is opening in surrounding area of Dhaka City and looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Operation Manager for its factory establishment and smooth daily operations with maximum production efficiency through excellent supervision of everything related to factory set up and operations.
