Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
∎ Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
∎ Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
∎ Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning.
∎ Work with management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of related departments and provide a necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance productivity.
∎ Evaluate & Monitor the operation parameters as well as QC and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost effective Production.
∎ Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and efficient process) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with all concern department.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection/ repair/ customer complaints, etc. and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce in optimum level.
∎ Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.
∎ Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to ensure on time delivery
∎ Manage and coordinate daily/ weekly/ monthly production targets effectively and efficiently.
∎ Capable to calculate raw materials consumption and take preventive action for availability of raw materials with having close contact with all concern
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming orders and take necessary actions for preparations
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
