Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be present on time in the work place.
∎ Leading in all production related meeting.
∎ Ensuring original sample making according to Buying House instruction.
∎ Supervising the work of PM, Floor In-charge, Line-chief, Supervisor & sub- endorsed.
∎ Receiving Production Manager/In-Charge’s work report on daily/hourly basis.
∎ Ensuring accurate Production Control System of the Factory.
∎ Contribute to smooth production and operations & management in the factory to meet product delivery/ shipment deadlines.
∎ Maintain good industrial/ labor relations in the factory.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate the total activities of the Factory.
∎ Establish and maintain all company policies.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Working knowledge on Audit & Compliance related issues.
∎ Encouraging and enforcing sub- endorsed to follow the compliance activates.
∎ Must have working knowledge on computer, e-mail, report analysis etc. and understanding production and planning related soft wares.
∎ Must have working experience in trousers Factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ At least 07 years working experience as production manager in trousers factory.
∎ Should have proper knowledge on production, especially technically sound knowledge on trousers manufacturing.
∎ Good analytical skill & positive mind.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP solutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
Salary: Negotiable
