Job Context:
∎ IQRA FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIES LTD is a 100% Export Oriented Company.The Company is looking for a Factory Manager Production for the Industry.
∎ Job Location-Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoreganj, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling and directing production activities
∎ Managing timelines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals
∎ Ensuring that product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the customer
∎ Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy
∎ Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets
∎ Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the department by the workers.
∎ Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs
∎ Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel
∎ Has to keep the budget under control and make sure that it does not go against the company's standard practices
∎ Attend pre-freezing and freezing meeting.
