• Responsible to manage the factory operation as per requirement
• Recruit all competent labor, carpenter, mason and other trade people for effective production works
• Responsible to manage all compliance issues as per country standard and requirement.
• Manage all administration works as per requirement.
• Keep additional extra work force as back up to manage uninterrupted production while dealing absence and other emergency.
• Prepare all reports and present to Top Management.
• Maintain liaison with local law and enforcement agencies for smooth IR.
• Any other tasks as relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
