∎ Sweater Manufacturing & Factory Operation.
∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer.
∎ Knowledgeable on Production Management.
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve the production target.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly & quarterly strategic production plan.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in production planning and control.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality control, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
∎ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
∎ Set policies and processes.
∎ To evaluate and ensure the capacity to meet the production requirements and manage resources effectively.
∎ Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.
∎ Implement and monitor efficient processes to improve productivity.
∎ Coordinate between Yarn store, Winding, Knitting, Linking, Washing, Sewing, Finishing, and Finish Goods departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards across all production floors.
∎ Lead, mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve peak performance.
∎ To lead the process of data analytics for identifying new risk areas and recommending adequate controls.
∎ Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of production schedules.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, chemical, Electricity, Boiler cost and improve product quality.
∎ Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the production team including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department to implement quality control procedures and resolve any quality issues.
∎ Assurance of consistent quality product through constant interaction with QA department.
∎ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for any production-related defects.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Manage production Plan, budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
∎ Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
∎ Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
∎ Participate in new product development and launch processes, providing input on manufacturability and production feasibility.
∎ Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
