Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and utilize manpower capacity to maximum to ensure production targets are achieved on a day-to-day basis in the whole factory.
∎ On -time delivery is above 99% or above.
∎ Highly efficient and effective team through systematic floor management, middle management, and senior management cooperation's.
∎ Further, reduce staff & worker turnover and indispensable for achieving productivity, delivery quality, and systems.
∎ Achieving monthly average efficiency as per the business plan.
∎ Cost control and Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, chemicals and other accessories.
∎ Maintain factory at Technical and other standards as may apply. Also, ensure factory's audits for these standards achieve the Excellent/high rating.
∎ Manage the overall operations, production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling.
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Reports to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Support Service to team member, Floor Monitoring, Disciplinary Action Activities, Floor Discipline, Counseling different issue, Overtime & Delivery Monitoring.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in Garments Accessories sector will get preference.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, Hardworking and honest.
∎ Good analytical, presentation and negotiable skill.
Salary: Negotiable
