∎ SAFA ACCESSORIES is 100% Export Oriented quality accessories manufacturing Organization in Bangladesh having proven records of business; exporting in greater Asia, Europe and USA for long time looking for an Factory Incharge - Sewing Thread for its Factory is located at Nandipara, Khilgaon, Dhaka. The person will be responsible for the overall Administrations & operations of Production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Knowledge on sewing threads M/C, Brand-Thread Master & SSM.
∎ To prepare a daily production plan. To follow-up production with quality.
∎ To control dyeing and shade matching.
∎ To coordinate with the Merchandising team & LPD.
∎ Responsible for all activities from production to delivery.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within a given time-frame.
∎ To follow-up and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ To follow-up and control the improvement of production processes & reduces all types of wastage by proper planning. Good knowledge on sewing thread, technical problem solving ability with required quality standards.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by the buyer.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Supervise the production floor for the highest level of productivity given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
∎ Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in Factory Thread Operations.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ The incumbent must be a very good about operation production as well as conversant administrative work and Distribution Management.
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
