Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ At least Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-plan factory daily manpower (Worker level) budget align with Factory Manager & Planning Manager.
∎ Manage & Support manpower (Worker level) to Factory Manager and other department according to manpower budget.
∎ Lead team to use online / offline manpower (Worker level) sourcing tools to attract the right candidates.
∎ Always keep backup manpower source in mind for quick supply of critical positions.
∎ Participate in the interview session, conduct interview properly and communicate the final results, negotiate and make final offer to the candidate.
∎ Make sure all Factory employees information is updated in the Human Resource Information Systems at existing software.
∎ All time update the factory employee’s database and can report to management on time with accuracy.
∎ Ready to help the Business Unit Head on their staff information, e.g., total staffs, salary information as demand raised by the unit head.
∎ Processing factory employee’s Performance Appraisal, Employees Promotion, Yearly Increment, JG Allocation, Resign &Transfer etc. in the system.
∎ Manage the attendance issues and leave issues of the factory employees and update in the system daily by keeping all supportive evidence for further use.
∎ Solving the factory employee’s quarries time to time e.g., salary issues, attendance issues, leave issues, overtime issues etc.
∎ Lead the team from the front to maintain personal files and maintain documents in the personal files through the systems time to time.
∎ Lead team to Ensure and keep the overtime report perfectly and ensure on time payment to the workers with accuracy and following compliance standard.
∎ Lead the team to prepare on time factory employee’s monthly salary, Increment, Bonus, Overtime etc.
∎ Lead the Team to regular update the payroll records by reviewing and approving changes like; job titles and any departmental transfers etc.
∎ In consultation or association with the Accounts and Finance Department to prepare the monthly payroll and disburse the payroll on time and ensure associated tasks of bank account opening etc.
∎ Implement and maintain HR Compliance Issues comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Record Keeping of Legal Documents and maintaining Notice Board as guided by BLL.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in handling employee and industrial relations
∎ Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
