Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ "To manage all production-related activities.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to deliver higher productivity."
∎ To collect the monthly production plan from the planning department.
∎ To make the monthly plan for production lines and forward it to Top Management.
∎ To maintain the plan input date.
∎ To achieve and maintain a good efficiency level.
∎ To closely follow-up the input and delivery process.
∎ To be responsible for fulfilling the daily production targets based requirements.
∎ To maintain the floor administration.
∎ To maintain good communication and counseling with the workers.
∎ Establish and oversee all quality control and assurance procedures.
∎ To check the hourly production, line-wise and follow-up to improve the production process.
∎ To be responsible for proper handling and maintenance of all the machines and materials.
∎ To control/reduce the overtime work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
