Job Context:
∎ Rising Group, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Apparel & Attire from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 units of knit & 01 unit of woven garments located at Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also have two units of textile & two units of spinning mills having full range of backward linkage manufacturing units which include knitting, dyeing, finishing, washing, printing, button and thread manufacturing.
∎ The company is looking for an experienced individual for above mentioned post.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-Mirpur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having good knowledge of fabrics and materials, dyeing & printing of textiles, garments washing & garments dyeing.
∎ To support on any fabric quality issues at the stage of sourcing, development, sample making, testing and approval of color.
∎ To evaluate and analyze fabric quality between buyer’s standard and textile products.
∎ To provide a specific report on the textile having all the information from buyer ‘s requirements as well as have to keep all the records of textile quality parameters.
∎ To give technical assistance to the fabric sourcing team and merchandiser.
∎ To train and develop fabric suppliers to get good quality fabric in garments factory.
∎ To claim fabric replacement in case of quality failure from fabric suppliers mentioning the proper reasons in a format through the merchandiser.
∎ To maintain all the documents of fabric inspection & lab test reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Preference will be given for those candidates having experience as a fabric technologist in Garments, Textiles & Buying House Operation.
∎ Must have good computer skill.
Salary: Negotiable
