Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completing LC documentation work for exporting goods
∎ After receiving L/C /Purchase Contract/Purchase Order from Buyer preparing shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List EXP, Etc.) and submit shipment booking in online/manual to freight forward
∎ Update Invoice as per final packing list which received from factory after final inspection pass of ready goods and send final Invoice & packing list along with EXP form to respective port and C&F agent
∎ Ensure to Submit the Bank/Buying Docs as per Guideline/Timeline
∎ Follow-up and Prepare the Export Docs/Certificate for release the Exported Goods from Buyers port as per Buyers requirement/Communication with Buyer & Bank for Export Payment purpose
∎ Prepare Export Status / Payment Status & Keep Record
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to work under pressure
∎ Must have the ability to handle work with integrity
