Responsibilities & Context:

  • Organize and efficiently handle a large volume of inbound calls & messages to clients.

  • Answer incoming calls and social media messages from patients and provide information, assistance, and support smartly.

  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers and medical staff.

  • Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.

  • Follow-up leads until the lead is converted into the customer. Receiving customer inquiries over the phone and through social media following the instructions.

  • Keeping accurate records of customer information in the provided CRM software.

  • Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions to establish long-term customer relationships.

  • Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated personnel via the internal system for further investigation.

  • Maintaining a courteous approach, ensuring the customer has a positive experience.

  • Follow established call center protocols, including HIPAA compliance, to protect patient confidentiality.

  • Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically.

  • Provide basic medical information and directions to patients as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to resolve patient issues.

  • Other related tasks are delegated by management. Report complicated issues to the appropriate person regularly.
