Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Masters/B.Sc. (Engg.)/ Four years' Bachelor degree in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university having no 3rd class/division in any of the examinations.
∎ The Candidates must be computer literate with operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point, and must be fluent in English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and control core activities related to Corporate Business.
∎ Ensure new Business and assist HOD in developing and achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Corporate Business unit.
∎ Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their Investment and banking.
∎ Work toward 'Best in Class' Relationship Management with Corporates - 'Strengthening bank's brand in the corporate arena.
∎ Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target sectors.
∎ Review Corporate Business performance analysis, financial performance reports, key covenant reports for lenders, and other reports for stakeholders to ensure they are correct and comply with regulators
∎ Review and recommend changes to the Corporate Business policies based on the market conditions.
∎ Supervise and monitor all corporate credit proposals with proper analysis and appraisal.
∎ Report to Management/ Board the status of Business leads, customer complaints, pending issues in respect of the clients.
∎ Lead team and participate in Bank's Ad-hoc projects.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years' of professional experience in the relevant field in banks.
∎ Age not over 45 years.
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their career through a competitive recruitment examination.
∎ Proven working experience with leading corporate clients of different sectors.
∎ Exceptional knowledge on Regulatory guide and requirement.
∎ Should have knowledge in Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs in accordance with applicable laws / regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Credit Proposal Preparation & Analysis, Credit Documentation & Analysis, Credit Risk Management & Analysis, Business Development , Financial Statement Analysis & Reporting.
∎ Team leading experience will be considered as added advantage.
