Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping order records
∎ Ensuring delivery
∎ Making a system for order/sales/delivery schedules
∎ Keeping sales record systemically
∎ Showroom management
∎ Making month wise promotional planning
∎ Making content with our existing content creator
∎ Leading existing social media managers
∎ Content plan: Handling the website, update and work ok existing one . Ensure that customers get good quality pictures of recent design from website.
∎ Product chain: Monitoring the whole life cycle of particular outfit. Observation and feedback.
∎ RND
∎ Make sure supervisor and studio assistant getting proper directions for creating office environment both in factory and studio. (Hygiene, stock the materials, keep the materials protected from insects)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Plan more ways to promote - and change the public perception of - brands.
∎ Managing social media platforms is crucial for building and maintaining brand presence. Digital marketers develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics.
∎ Develop social media strategies, create content Calendars, engage with followers
∎ Stay updated about the latest trends, algorithms, and technologies to adapt their strategies and tactics accordingly.
∎ Develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands using various digital channels. Leverage the internet and technology to reach and engage target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals (monthly and half yearly target fulfil)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Every Sunday and 4th Friday in a month is off.
