Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Chemical Technology / B.Sc in Chemistry / Post Graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring final checking of the end products so that no quality deviated products are delivered to the users,
∎ Maintaining the calibration records of testing apparatus up to date.
∎ Responsible for setting up 'Quality Management System (QMS)' with modern tools and techniques to ensure the quality of Aluminium Profile packaging products.
∎ Coordinating with the concerned department for ensuring quality of the finished products,
∎ Analyzing product quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
∎ Initiating to develop and improve the systematic analysis of the finished goods.
∎ Ensuring packing products to the loading area or inventory on time,
∎ Keeping detailed records of materials and shipments.
∎ Developing and directing quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, services and SOP for implementing the QMS system,
∎ Complying with the company’s product packaging regulations,
∎ Ensuring the packing machines clean at the end of every shift.
∎ Preparing Manpower Schedule as per sift & work volume and manpower setting accordingly and assign the duty to workers as per the production plan.
∎ Ensuring Quality of the Products as per Specifications.
∎ Ensuring all the products are packaged in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Minimizing wastage of the packet as lowest as possible.
∎ Maintaining Data Sheet daily & keeping record of all data specifically. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly packaging report with proper record keeping and submitting necessary reports if required by the Management.
∎ Ensuring proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be self driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Good at report writing.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have the mentality to work in Day and Night shift as and when required in alternate basis.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
