∎ Age at least 27 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to work as a responsible person in the Textile division Quality department and will have to ensure optimum Knitting, Dyeing–finishing, and printing-finishing fabric production as per buyer's specification with due growing mindset of quality parameters.
∎ Understanding (UK & USA) customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
∎ Ensure the fabric is knitted and finished with the right quality of yarns, conformity with the approved PP/ counter sample fabric or with standard.
∎ Quality parameter monitoring from yarn to finished fabrics.
∎ Communicate and handle ability with the central QA team to the sewing unit.
∎ Work with the dyeing team to ensure the shade of body fabrics and rib fabric and finish the fabric as per trial roll having proper shade, DTM, brush quality, GSM hand feel, and test parameters, etc.
∎ Have to have Munsell Hue test good score and be familiar with OEKOTEX, QMS, 5S, STD, etc.
∎ Responsible for handling all quality-related Audits, inspections, and issues linked with Yarn/dyeing/printing/finishing/fabric checking & inspection process.
∎ Need to ensure the manufacturing process complies with both local and global standards.
∎ Collaborate and arrange training with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
