∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Bachelor/Masters from any reputed and recognized university
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update database regularly by monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price and quality.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management and periodic stock evaluation.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials and adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
∎ Correspondence with the suppliers and shipping agents to update shipment status.
∎ Maintain regular communication & liaise in between Suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt customs clearance and delivery.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Co-ordinate with C&F agents, freight forwarders and transport
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
