Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 32 years
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the procurement of mechanical equipment, spare parts, and industrial utilities, preferably in the garments or textile manufacturing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, compressors, pumps, valves, boilers, and HVAC systems.

  • Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring machinery and mechanical spares.

  • Strong vendor communication and price negotiation skills.

  • Skilled in maintaining purchase records, material tracking, and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); working knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.

  • Effective communication, coordination, and time management skills.

  • Skills & Expertise: Mechanical Procurement | Technical Evaluation | Industrial Machinery | Cost Negotiation | Vendor Management



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Procure mechanical machinery, spares, and consumables for factory operations and utility maintenance.

  • Receive and review purchase requisitions, technical specifications, and quotations for mechanical items.

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for mechanical goods ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

  • Maintain close coordination with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to understand technical requirements.

  • Track inventory of critical mechanical parts and maintain minimum stock levels.

  • Ensure all procurement activities are well-documented and compliant with company policy.

  • Monitor supplier performance and handle delivery issues or delays for mechanical materials.

  • Any others task as assigned by management
