Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Duties & Responsibilities
∎ 1. Feed formulations, learning, updating, and ensuring the safekeeping of the formula
∎ 2. Study the latest developments in animal feed formulation and share ideas on innovation and technology, with a particular focus on the opportunities for the organization
∎ 3. Conduct visits to research farms, and supervise sample weighing of ongoing experiments
∎ 4. Prepare trial protocols and experimental reports for every research conducted (Benchmark, Product Development, Product Evaluation)
∎ 5. Conduct research in coordination with R&D personnel for implementing different feeding trials for new feed formulations and product evaluations.
∎ 6. Conduct training within the team & other departments to share knowledge related to animal nutrition and the quality of the product
∎ 7. Prepare the formula for cost analysis and share for approval
∎ 8. Coordinate with other departments in terms of raw material specifications, product specifications, and other nutrition-related aspects
∎ 9. Communicate with sales & marketing departments regarding new product development, product knowledge sharing, and providing solutions if any problem arises in the field
∎ 10. Field visits to find out the efficiency of products as well as investigate problems related to feed performance and recommend proper feeding and management
∎ 11. Attend industry activities, training, seminars, and workshops, to acquire new knowledge and technologies applicable to our operations
∎ 12. Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
