• PGDSCM (Must)

• Sourcing and Vendor Management

• Identify potential suppliers, and contractors for various goods and services required by the organization.

• Conduct market research to assess product quality, pricing, and availability to make informed procurement decisions. Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, preparing CS and taking approval for purchasing of materials.

• Preparing purchase orders/ work orders follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment;

• On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement;

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company`s goals and objectives.

• Evaluate and analyze procurement requirements, specifications, and cost considerations for different projects or departments.

• Collaborate with the departments to establish and manage procurement budgets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

• Prepare reports on procurement activities, expenses, and savings for management review.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
