∎ LL. B (Hon’s)/LL.M from any renowned Private or Public University.
∎ Educational requirements will be relaxed for competent candidate's having 1-3 years professional experiences in Legal Affairs.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Law, Compliance, Credit Recovery, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Tender Preparation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting Corporate Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, MOU, NDA, MoA & AoA, Trust Deed, International Purchase & Supply Agreement, Marketing & Distribution Policy of Company, review previous Policies, Contracts and Agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ Preparing and vetting/reviewing/providing legal opinion on various kinds of land & property related documents, Tender Documents, security arrangements, rent deeds and commercial agreements relating to property transfer, mortgage, Merger and acquisition and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office.
∎ Drafting and file cases on behalf of the Company with the Police Station, Court or with any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
∎ Representing the Company at Arbitration, Trial & Judgment of the Court and Public Utility Commission's hearings and follow up the cases, preparing monthly reports on the work flows and activities of the legal and compliance department and present it to the HOD.
∎ Advising on statutory compliance in respect of Writ, Civil, Criminal, Banking & Company Matter, Income-Tax, VAT & Customs Issues as well as providing legal support to obtain Trade Mark Registration of the Product of the Company.
∎ Providing legal opinion upon vetting of the property documents, and other documents relating to RJSC, Fire Dept., Environment Dept. & Industrial Dept. of Govt. in view of Commercial & Industrial Establishment of the Company.
∎ Providing Legal support to the HR & Admin Department concerning issues under Labor laws, Industrial Laws if required by for the legal compliance. Preparing documents & actions for complying of Labor Issues under the provisions of Labor Act, 2006 (Amend. 2015).
∎ Providing clear & transparent legal advice to the Company and put recommendation to the Management as and when required.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Govt. & Non-Govt. offices and solve assigned task on time and Dealing with any external factors or outsiders which threaten normal activity of the business.
∎ Submitting quarterly reports to Management along with a database of the status of all court matters involved by the Company and to maintain liaison and supporting panel lawyers.
∎ Investigating and prevent any type of corporate or white-collar crime within or against company.
∎ Providing appropriate legal support to the credit recovery/Credit Monitoring team from time to time.
∎ Performing Administrative Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Bar Council Membership will get preference
∎ Self-motivated and Strong organizational skills.
∎ Good command in Computer literacy & MS Office Applications.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication as well as documentation and reporting skills in English and Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
