Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Furnishing/supervising of Legal opinions upon vetting of property documents for Home Loan Borrowers.
∎ Preparing Charge Documents (i.e. Tripartite Agreement, Various Legal Undertaking, Deed of Mortgage and Irrevocable General Power of Attorney) regarding Home Loan borrowers.
∎ Classifying, monitoring and accumulating of verification of the legal documents with the concerned Govt. Authority, Sub-Registry office and Land office.
∎ Supervising, completing and accumulating of proper legal documentation based on security modality.
∎ Giving appropriate audit reply in a timely manner for home loan’s audit observations/findings to the internal and external auditors and maintain continuous monitoring and follow up of audit findings for compliance.
∎ Preparing Documents Release List and Deed of Redemption and Revocation by furnishing of security documents of Paid-off clients.
∎ Issuing NOC to produce Mortgage Permission for Lease hold property. Assist for withdrawing original deed against submitted S.R.O token of different loan files

Additional Requirements:
∎ License from district court/high court will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
