Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering from any public or reputed university. Graduate from Bangladesh Textile University (BUTEX), BUET or Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on different type of knit fabric.
∎ Feeder, Dia & GSM wise machine production calculation for particular fabric type.
∎ Be expert on yarn count, gauge, stitch length to achieve the desired quality on both newly developed & regular fabrics.
∎ Introduce 5S & Kanban tools in Knitting & dyeing section.
∎ Develop the knitting process for increasing efficiency.
∎ Tracking NPT & different fault of knit fabric.
∎ Making plan according to order sheet & achieve efficiency according to the Organization goal.
∎ Calculate the dyeing capacity per machine.
∎ Tracking NPT & different fault of dyeing
∎ Sound knowledge of different type of dyeing process, recipe & corrective action against particular fault.
∎ Maintain M:L ratio accurately.
∎ Making plan according to order sheet & meet the plan within time interval.
∎ Analyzing backlog, NPT & fault of dyeing and make appropriate action to reduce NPT & enhancing quality.
∎ Utilize maximum of Man, Machine & Material.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Work Experience: 01 - 04 years in related field' specially in any reputed Knit Composite
∎ Factory.
