∎ Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.·
∎ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.·
∎ Conduct thorough candidate screenings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.·
∎ Conduct background verification before placement of employee.·
∎ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.·
∎ Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.·
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.· Set manpower planning for corporate office.·
∎ Conduct performance evaluation periodically.
∎ Strategic initiative to reduce drop out percentage.
∎ Database management and personal file management.
∎ Complete day to day HR activities: attendance management, Leave entry, data entry.
∎ Implementation of succession planning.
∎ Set Job description and job specification for each position as per organogram.·
∎ Assist to build a good relationship between employees and team.
∎ Internal or external Coordination with the stake holders. ·
∎ Cooperation with cross functional team.
