Education: - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Candidates Should have more than 2 year of work experience in HRM along with BBA or MBA (with HR major mandatory).

Responsibilities & Context: - Establishing effective communication channels within the organizational functions and departments to ensure that employees are well-informed about organizational changes, policies, and developments.
- Maintain the well-documented personal files of the company employees.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, regular attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare the payroll sheet, ensure all the attendance records, arrears and other payments, and authorized deductions are reflected in the payroll; submit and report it to the HR Manager.
- Support the HR Manager to evaluate existing HR policies and procedures, identify non-compliance or potential for non-compliance with labor laws, and roll out a roadmap to bridge the compliance gap.
- Checking monthly employee KPI and communicating with
- Ensure a time-to-time update of the legal required documents for various government authorities like NBR, the Environmental Department, the Fire Service, and other related legal enforcement authorities.
- Assist the HR Manager with obtaining or renewal of all mandatory regulatory licenses and certificates.
- Maintain strong relationship with all relevant local govt offices, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies.
- General HR, Recruitment & Selection.
- Administering the employees with their day-to-day activities and facilitating them to maintain a professional office environment.
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
- Conduct an onboarding program for all new joiners.
- Processing Visa documents and other necessary arrangements such as hotel bookings, flight bookings and transport arrangement for the foreign guests.

Salary range as per company policy. Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of Probation Period.
