∎ 2 years+ as a Flutter Developer or in mobile application development.
∎ Proven track record of delivering at least 2 published apps.

∎ Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
∎ Experience building mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
∎ Familiarity with State Management solutions like Provider, Bloc, Redux, or Riverpod.
∎ Good understanding of Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Crashlytics.
∎ Hands-on experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and native integrations.
∎ Knowledge of app lifecycle, navigation, animations, and responsive design principles.
∎ Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
∎ Experience with deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
