∎ Master’s/MBA Degree from reputed University.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Extensive knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
∎ Experience Requirements: Same position at least 02 to 05 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure social compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Ensure Environment, Health & Safety issues of the factory.
∎ Co-ordinate with HR, Admin department for any employment issues.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ To maintain and monitor all of the issues of RSC and other reputed Buyers.
∎ Provide guidance/ assistance in view to provide them due leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law.
∎ Follow up all license / certificate as well as legal documents.Follow up payroll and piece rate documents.
∎ Conduct internal audit or self-Assessment.
∎ Prepared CAP for existing buyers.
∎ Implementation different policies as when required.
∎ Other compliance related tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Job Location: Hatimara, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
