∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory.
∎ Ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put-up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.
∎ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Must monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Must Perform Compliance audit at factories
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
∎ Any others related task assigned by the management.
