Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day accounting operations including Cheque & cash posting in software.
∎ Preparation & review of monthly financial statements as per IAS & IFRS
∎ Preparation of management report based on the financial statements.
∎ Cash payment voucher and Vendor Bill Checking and Posting.
∎ Collection & payment posting & reconcile on regular basis.
∎ Maintain Ledger Book, Petty Cash, BEFTN Processing and Client requisition.
∎ Organizing vouchers, bills and reconciliation of Bank statements on a daily basis.
∎ Ensuring all data is up-to-date & maintains & necessary data entries.
∎ Keeping records of transaction & preparation of all kinds of voucher both in manual and software with accounts and appropriate accounting treatment.
∎ Establish, maintain and reconcile party ledger.
∎ Maintaining Bank reconciliation, Receivable reconciliation, Payable reconciliation.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial information and reporting to management.
∎ Maintain general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable and other records.
∎ TDS, VDS & Treasury Deposit Posting.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all day to day financial information and send to Head of Accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
