Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
∎ Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Respond to legal notices and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Assist in labor law and employee-related legal issues.
∎ Prepare and maintain case files, office files, and records.
∎ Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant legal matters.
∎ Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve legal issues.
∎ Provide legal opinions and guidance to different departments.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting boss as needed.
